Sauce:
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tablespoon Flour
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Water
2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Blueberries

Dumplings:
1 Cup Bisquick
1/8 Cup Sugar
Grated Rind of 1/2 Orange
1 Well Beaten Egg
1/3 Cup Light Cream or Milk 

Directions:
Combine blueberries, sugar, flour, lemon juice, water and nutmeg in a deep 10 inch skillet with lid. Bring to boil over medium heat; simmer 5 minutes. Stir. 

Directions:
For dumplings, combine all ingredients to form a soft dough. Drop mixture by teaspoonful on top of the hot blueberry mixture. Cover tightly and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
