Title: Cheesy Ham Casserole

Ingredients: 
1 8 oz. jar processed cheese spread, melted 
3/4 cup milk 
1 24 oz. pkg.(4 cups) frozen hash browns, thawed and drained 
1 16 oz. pkg. frozen vegetable medley, thawed and drained 
2 cups diced ham 
1 large onion, chopped (about 2 cups) 
Pepper to taste 
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
1 cup buttered cracker crumbs

Directions: 
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine melted cheese spread and milk. Add potatoes, vegetables, ham and onion. Add pepper and mix well. Spread mixture in a 13x9 inch baking pan; cover. Bake 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover; sprinkle cheese and cracker crumbs over top. Bake an addtional 5 minutes or until cheese melts and cracker crumbs are golden.
