Title: Devilled Chicken

Yield: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
12 oz. (350g) cooked chicken
2 teaspoons of vinegar
2 teaspoons of made mustard
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
half a teaspoon of black pepper
pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions:
Cut the chicken into neat pieces and place in a grill pan Blend all the other ingredients together
Brush the mixture over the chicken Grill for 10-12 minutes or until browned on both sides
Serve hot with boiled rice and chutney, or cold with a salad.
