Title: Spritz Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
2 cups flour
1/2 cup finely ground almonds
dash salt
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar, beat until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and extracts. Gradually blend in flour, almonds, and salt. Pack dough into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip; pipe dough into rosettes about 1 3/4" in diameter unto ungreased cookie sheets. Decorate as desired. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375 degrees or until pale golden. Cool on wire racks.
