Title: Shepherds Pie

Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
1 cup diced cooked beef
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups of milk or beef stock
1/2 cup diced cooked carrots
Directions:
brown onions, peppers, celery in oil. Add beef and continue browning. Add remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
Pour into a shallow greased baking dish. Cover with mashed potatoes and bake in a hot oven (400 degrees) for approximately 15-25
minutes till brown.
